I Miss the Country...

One of my most favorite things to do in the world is sit outside on a beautiful October day and watch the sunset. There is a huge windmill running in the background with tons of trees around and no other living soul for 3 miles. There is also no such thing as traffic. Now that I live in Houston, I don't really get to have those quiet country moments as often (or ever.)

There were many a days when I would hear the moo-ing in the background and see lots of cows everywhere. So, when I ran across this picture yesterday, I knew it would become one of my new favorite pictures, ever. It makes me miss my family, my home, but definitely not the poop.
